This division is responsible for the actual construction of the building, whether residential, commercial or for office use. Building upkeep, restructuring and new constructions also fall within its area of competence. Exclusive use of top quality materials, guaranteed respect of safety laws and building regulations, strict control of all quality standards: these are our criteria for prestigious properties.

This division also handles the contracts with all external suppliers and co-ordinates the input of the internal divisions.
